The Community
We are located in beautiful Calalbay Parc situated about 20 to 25 minutes from the gates of Disney. It is a very safe neighbourhood which uses closed circuit cameras,. The community is well maintained and close to shopping and restaurants.There is a new Publix for groceries that is close enough to walk. At this same plaza, there are restaurants and other handy shops. A Starbucks has opened very close to the house.
We are located very close to US highway 27 and a 5 minute drive from the Interstate I 4. It is about 30 minutes from the airport and about an hour from Coco Beach. The Orlando area itself has so much to do, it is hard to fit it all in. You may need to come back for a second or third vacation!
The Villa
Our villa is spacious and airy. Three good sized bedrooms, comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. There is indoor laundry facilities with laundry pods for your use. The house is air-conditioned for your comfort.
A spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating welcomes you to our home. There is a dining room, well equipped kitchen, games room and wonderful lanai with your pwn personal pool.
Beautiful Sunrise Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, one KING, one QUEEN and one with 2 TWINS. Each bedroom has plenty of storage for your clothing and other articles. The linens as comfortable and constantly upgraded. Each room has a flat screened TV for your enjoyment, including a 70 in in the lounge and a 60 in in the Primary bedroom.
There are 2 bathrooms. The bath attached to the primary bedroom is huge with a soaking tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet. It has been newly updated with granite countertop and new sinks. The family bathroom has been beautifully updated with white marble tiles and walk-in glass shower.
Free wifi, telephone calls, PS3, Netflix are there for your entertainment and in-home security and keyless entry make your stay easy and safe.We also have outdoor cameras over the driveway and the pool heater to enhance your safety.
Amenities
A gorgeous pool with comfortable seating, loungers, dining table and child safety fence awaits you and your family. It is a spacious area with lots of sunlight but also a covered area when it's just too hot to sit out!
There is a Games Room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey for kids of all ages.
We have PS3, X-Box and Netflix to keep you or the kids occupied when you are at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, seating for 6, beautiful lighting and all the kitchen odds and ends you will need.
For those quiet "stay at home" days, there are may books and cards.

Our three week stay at Disney Sunrise Villa was beyond our expectations and made our trip to Florida perfect.From booking to the actual stay Morag made the process of booking easy and informative and provided excellent guides and information pre trip.
On arrival the villa was spotless, well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and little extras such as soaps, detergents, beach towels and even ponchos have been included. The villa is spacious with lovely decor and linens and we all agreed the beds were extra comfy!
The pool area was a dream with plenty of space for the children to play and for the adults to relax and made the villa a perfect spot for the family in between busy days in the theme parks.
We hope to return again one day to this wonderful home.

2 week stay this JuneThis property is absolutely perfect! The host was so friendly, informative and prompt. The villa is literally like a home from home. There was everything we could possible need, not to mention it being stunningly furnished. Location is fab. 35 - 45 minutes to the main parks depending on traffic. Nearby convenience stores and eateries. We also used DoorDash to order in a couple of times. I would 100% recommend this villa, and I would definitely return in heart beat. We loved our holiday and are so sad it came to an end.

As my wife stated during our week-long stay, “I can see us living at this house.” Morag’s home is beautiful and well maintained! The pool and patio area were wonderful! Communication with Morag was excellent. Everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding area was communicated via email and guidebook at the house when we arrived. She also emailed me during the week to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if anything was needed. The proximity of the house to area attractions made traveling easy. Overall, we would highly recommend Morag’s house for a wonderful stay in the Orlando area (Davenport)

It’s so lovely being back in your lovely home again and saying everything was good and have everything we need is an understatement..above and beyond would describe it better.
The changes you have made for example the counter tops are amazing and all the extra touches like the shower gel/hand soaps etc are such lovely touches and as for the pool area and outdoor furniture look new..honestly Morag your home is truly beautiful and clean.

We had a lovely family staying 2 weeks in August. Here are their comments.
We had such a lovely time staying here. The villa is well equipped and very clean with lots of towels provided. We liked the location and were very close to a supermarket and restaurants. The pool area was lovely and the kids loved getting into it each night after a day out. We particularly enjoyed the games room. We would definitely stay here again if we returned. The communication with the owner was second to none and the whole process was very easy.

Great villa
Good location, near to many shops & restaurants and easy access to I4. Home was very clean and contained everything you would want for a great vacation. The pool area and the pool itself was excellent. Plenty of chairs, loungers etc to relax in. Lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and games area were all very good. Would definitely recommend this Villa.

“this villa is amazing from the start the service morag provided was 5 stars. As someone who has never been to America before nor hired ever a villa, i had lots of questions from joining the facebook site “its Orlando time verified villas” and morag offering me a quote its was plane sailing and no hassle. Morag took the time to explain everything in detail to me from security deposits and cleaning fees to simple things like bin days. On arrival to the villa we had all instructions provided how to get there and how to enter the villa, everything was simply instructed. Once we got in the villa was immaculate all the bedrooms were very well presented and in the kitchen there was a little pack of essentials like dish washer tablets, sponges, washing up liquid, cloths etc. and best of all the whole house was nice and cool after being out in that Florida sun. The villa also came with a bonus games room with we found to mostly utilise at night again everything you needed was provided, this was great if you had a Rainy day. We only used the pool table but there was air hockey and a foosball table. The villas main feature is pool outside with lots of seating and loungers the pool is a perfect size not to small and just big enough to get a splash about in. The neighbourhood this villa is situated in is very quit we never heard any noice at night with only the odd car going by during the day, the villa also felt very safe with cctv on the estate, street lighting and a alarm on the villa itself. The villa is not to far from the Disney parks we found it about half an hour on average to the parks and about 45 mins to the universal parks. Overall this was very clean and comfortable villa, this along with the service you get from morag is 2nd to none i would highly recommend this villa to any one I can’t wait to come back”

Excellent experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple questions for the owner during our stay and received quick responses. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend this house.

Absolutely wonderful home from homeWhere do we begin? As soon as we entered we felt at home.. Morag has thought of everything their home comes so well equipped, clean, comfortable it’s absolutely wonderful. Calabay Parc is a quiet welcoming place and the area around it is really developing with all the main supermarkets/shops/restaurants close by and very easy access to the I4/H192 and US27. Morag is a fantastic host Morag responds VERY quickly to any questions/enquiries and her personality comes across in all her responses..We honestly can’t sing the praises of this beautiful home highly enough it’s absolutely fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again..thank you Morag.

Good location, near to many shops & restaurants and easy access to I4. Home was very clean and contained everything you would want for a great vacation. The pool area and the pool itself was excellent. Plenty of chairs, loungers etc to relax in. Lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and games area were all very good. Beautiful home ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
We are just home from a two week stay and we all loved it! We are a family of five with two adults and three kids. The pool was fantastic after a hot day in the sun! Plenty to keep the kids entertained between the games equipment in the garage, the pool and the games consoles!
The villa was in an excellent location and it was pretty easy to get to. We ventured to Disney and it was quite quick to get there.
The villa itself was clean modern and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again in the future!

Such a wonderfully decorated and modern home with all the amenities you could ask for. By far, the best home we have stayed at in Calabay Parc. We have been staying in the area during a weeklong baseball tournament for 3 years. Next year will be our last & we hope it is open again!

Beautifully decorated and updated. We felt like we were at home. The house has everything you need and the layout was lovely. The backyard provided a nice eating and sitting area and the pool was very inviting. It is very well situated for all venues, close to restaurants, stores, golf courses and Disney. The hostess was very responsive and answered all of our questions we had about the surrounding area, and we will definitely be booking this house again.

This place is immaculate, stylishly appointed, and is very well equipped. It was even closer to the Disney parks than I thought it was, only 15-20 minutes. The area where the home was located was very safe, I went on long runs down beautful sidewalked roads. There were also plenty of good restaurants, Publix and Walgreens nearby. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. We have stayed in various vacation homes and I have never been so impressed. My two kids loved the heated pool (we could swim even when it was in the 50's) and the playstation was a pleasant surprise for them. My husband and I really enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the gorgeous kitchen. If and when we return to the Orlando area, we will definitely stay here again.
